Tried forgot your password, but couldn't get pass your hint questions?

Hint questions are case sensitive.   If you cannot get pass your hint questions, please send an email to clinicalappsupport@thedoctorsclinic.com with your DOB and the reason you’re emailing.    To reset your hint questions, go “Edit [your name here]’s Account," located in the top right corner of the webpage.

You received an error message when trying to register or you can log in, but don’t have full access to our features?

Your account has not been verified.   If you received the error message, “email is already in use” or “we are unable to register you at this time,” try using forgot your password. This may indicate there may already be an account in the system linked to your email address.

  1. Sign into your account as a returning user

  2. Select the “Verify My Identity” link located in the top right corner of the webpage

  3. Supply the required information and  PIN number to finish verifying your identity

What is the function of an alternate address?

This is where you would put an address you’d prefer your email notifications to go to.

I can’t remember my username?

Your full email address is always an alternate User ID.

Can my family member and I use the same email address?

You will need a unique email address per portal account you want to create, but you can setup an “Alternate Email” to send notifications of new messages to just one address for as many members of your family as you need.   To set an alternate email go to “Edit [your name here]’s Account” located in the top right corner of the webpage.

How do I change my name, user ID, email, alternate email, password, hint questions, or turn off the newsletter?

To change any of these items select “Edit [your name here]’s Account” located in the top right corner of the webpage.

You can wait the 30 minutes it takes to unlock or send an email to clinicalappsupport@thedoctorsclinic.com with your DOB and the reason you’re emailing.
